If culture and values also work towards the vision and stategic goals of a business, they become strategic success factors.<\/p>\n\t<p>A conscious and strategic alignment of company values and culture is especially worthwhile during times of rapid growth, after mergers, in succession processes and when owners or top management changes.<\/p>\n\t<h3>Anchoring culture and values in organizations<\/h3>\nA strategically aligned culture change will bring new momentum in the organization,<br \/>\nraise your profile as an employer and helps you realize your business vision.\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-0\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\">Aligning culture and values<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>What does the vision and strategy for your business look like?<\/li>\n<li>Which kind of culture is needed to realize this vision and support the strategy?<\/li>\n<li>What is the actually lived culture today?<\/li>\n<li>Which values are already practiced in a positive ways, which ones must be reinforced or even newly anchored to enable the development of a future-oriented culture?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are the questions we start with on the journey of shaping concrete values and culture change.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">Co-creating cultural evolution<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Organizational culture is the product of many. That&#8217;s why the integration of ideas and experiences of people from all levels and all areas of the company is key for a successful culture and values project.<\/p>\n<p>There are many ways of designing the process in an integrative way: from the setup of an interdisciplinary culture and values team all the way to training internal facilitators for supporting a roll-out throughout the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Together with you, I facilitate the co-creative design of the overall process, so that the process in itself will support cultural evolution with sustainable impact.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">Anchoring culture and values<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Values must be integrated into key processes and structures in order for them to be credible as part and parcel of the organizational culture.<\/p>\n<p>Some questions in this regard are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Where and when are the values present in HR processes?<\/li>\n<li>Can the values be seen and felt in leadership behavior?<\/li>\n<li>Do they inform the culture of meetings?<\/li>\n<li>What is honored in current incenctive systems?<\/li>\n<li>Where is the attention in reporting?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As your sparring partner, I ask the tough questions and look for answers together with you.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">Working with values in times of change<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Values are high ideals. To come close to them, they need to be reflected and squared with reality on a regular basis.
